We
live in a world of duality, of opposite forces
that appear to be in conflict with each other.
Love-hate, passive-aggressive, win-lose,
rich-poor, and the list goes on. These forces
exist all at once within ourselves, and we
seem to be in constant battle with them.
Stress, anger, unhappiness, etc. are
conditions that would often result. Our
wholeness as human beings come when we find
the balance among life's pressures and
tensions. This balanced state, sometimes
referred to as bliss or ecstasy, allows us to
create wholesome and pure relationships with
others. And ultimately we experience the peace
that has embodied us from day one.
Meditation is a process in which this state my
be attained. It is nothing more than a process
of self-awareness and renewal. It is the
mind's journey back itself-to it's original
state of peaceful bliss. This website serves
as a guide as we embark on a journey that is
at once, unique to each individual, yet common
to the whole of humanity.

on spiritual learning. Food and nutrition are
addressed, as they contribute to our health
and well-being. News and announcements are
posted for increased awareness. We also
welcome and invite the sharing of personal
experience, so that we may all learn from each
other and grow as individuals. No one is to
feel lonely. But if for any reason, anyone
should feel alone or just wants someone to
share their frustrations with, on-line
